Your Wedding Cake Consultaion is a very important stage in the process.  It is very important that I am able to understand everything about your plans and what you are looking to achieve for your special day so  that I am able to create a truly stunning special and bespoke cake as your centrepiece, that dovetails beautifully into the rest of your wedding decor.

I have a dedicated Cake Studio in Criccieth where I love to welcome customers with a cup of tea and some sample cake if you wish.  Here we can discuss all things cake - look at examples and bring together exciting ideas for your unique creation.

This 4 tier Vanilla semi-naked sponge has jam and buttercream filling and is beautifully showpieces with fresh flowers to match the bridal bouquet and a unique quirky hand made sugar paste Mancunian Bee and Welsh Dragon

Using the freshest of ingredients my cakes are designed specifically to match the theme of your celebration - truly bespoke!

Any size, single tiered or multi-tiered, three or four layer, floral or character.....you choose. 

All the decorations you see are totally hand-made in icing or buttercream. from the sugar paste wired flowers that look so lifelike, to the piped floral buttercream displays or animated characters, all completely unique.

The Orangutan's face is made of rice crispies and white chocolate ganache covered in fondant and hand painted.
